In these days of low inventory we tend to prospect in all ways. I am a collector of data and have a few years of expired listings. Calling these listings can be very tedious as I am required to be sure they are not the DNC list and verify they haven't sold.
Luckily I called on a wrong property and made an appointment with the owner of this house. My wife and I are Team Leaders for The Spaulding Team, so we went yesterday.
The location of this house is fantastic! On a cul-de-sac and the Golf Course, the views and privacy are amazing! I love the outdoor living area with the pool and spa and very large covered patio.
The floor plan amazing too! 4 bedrooms upstairs including a very large, multi-use Master Bedroom with a large deck offering even better views of the Golf Course, Las Vegas Valley and the Las Vegas Strip!
I expect to be marketing this magnificent property in the coming months as it is a gem!
