.. Paul and Karen Spaulding of Berkshire Hathaway recently sold my single-family home in Henderson, NV. The sale was a bit more complicated than the normal sale because I relocated to Texas. In order for me to make this move, they offered to handle anything that came up at my house to make sure it was well-maintained and handled in the best manner possible. Paul accomplished all necessary tasks that we needed including negotiating a good price for us, arranging all details of the purchase with the title company, having the property duly inspected for possible needed repairs and contacting a person to do the repairs.

Very helpful answered questions . Paul showed my son the property even though my son was not buying the property with me. I was out of town at the time. He also met the utility people at the property to let them in so the inspection could take place. Kept me informed during all phases of the buying process. Very Respectful and kind.

I live in South Carolina. From a referral, I met Paul on my first trip to Las Vegas after her passing. My first impressions of Paul were correct. He was very kind, professional, and confident. I worked with Paul for almost a year. He was never pushy but always kept me informed. During that time, he coordinated, an estate sale, painting, and carpet replacement. His valuable contacts proved to meet his and my high standards. Paul went above and beyond what I thought real estate agents do. He patched some walls for me, picked out carpet colors, (I think his wife did that) removed some very ugly window treatments and even replaced a thermostat for me. He knew me handling those type things would be very difficult and spared me the expense of hiring someone to do some of those type things. He likely saved me a trip or two from South Carolina to Las Vegas. Paul took care of things without me even knowing till after the fact such as sending needed documents to a lawyer and solar panel contract transfer information just to name a few. He is a man of integrity. Paul is very patient. He never wavered when a contract fell through due to some lending issues or was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control. He always gave me options and regularly said to me, "I work for you". There is no one else I would ever recommend if I had property to sell. I may have not said it enough but thank you so much, Paul.
